Slips, Amenities, Map, & Photos

Eastport Yacht Center’s marina has 106 fixed and floating docks for sailboats, catamarans, and powerboats up to 55 feet in length. We offer annual, transient, and liveaboard accommodations. Each slip offers electricity, water, and wifi in addition to the use of our recently renovated bathhouse and laundry facility. Our Annapolis marina has a community feel in the summer months and is bustling with boaters. You’ll see our annual slipholders and guests firing up the grill for a weekend BBQ or hosting happy hours at their yachts.

Slip Details & Rates

Our slip rates are based on the length of boat overall (LOA). We are able to accommodate boats from 25’ to 55’. We have interior slips available and slips located on Back Creek for most boat lengths. We are a full-service Annapolis marina — all amenities are included in the costs below. All pricing is subject to change.

General Yard Policies

Annual

We have both fixed pier and floating options available for annual slip holders. Fixed pier slips are available for any length of boat up to 55’ and floating slips are available for 30’ – 45’ boats (interior option only for 45’ boats).

Fixed Pier Slip Rate: Ranges from $4,050 - $13,600 depending on LOA
Floating Slip Rate: Ranges from $6,155-$9,720 depending on LOA

Monthly

We have fixed pier options available for monthly slip holders. Rates range from $485-$1,620 depending on LOA.

Transient

We welcome transient sailors at Eastport Yacht Center. Our rates are $3.25 - $4.00 per foot, based on LOA, per day. Cost is subject to change for holidays, boat shows, or other major local events and includes electricity, wifi, and use of all other amenities.

Liveaboard

Eastport Yacht Center welcomes sailors to live aboard their boats. We don’t currently have a large liveaboard community, but continue to see more interest in this option from potential customers. In addition to our monthly and annual rates, a cost of $500 per month is required.
